They were time sensitive and extended an offer after a series of interviews. My experience was positive. There was a series of 5 interviews with different people I would be working with.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Elevate Textiles (Raeford, NC) in Feb 2019

Interview

The first interview was a one on one with corporate HR that was standard. The second interview was on site at the manufacturing plant. Met with HR, Plant manager, and a few various managers and supervisors.
