Interview
Very friendly staff. Initially responsive and quick moving, high focus on growth and company culture, but no real specifics on what type of projects would be managed or scope of work. Then they had to create a case study for panel interviews. I say create because they offered me a time for the next round and then spent 3 days finishing whatever document they had before I received it.
The case study didn’t remotely allude to the actual scope of work. At no point in the previous two interviews or the case study did they mention that it was 60-80 projects happening simultaneously, which is an entirely different matrix for a project plan. Much to my surprise on the panel when they asked about this. So it is unclear if a.) they aren’t familiar with case studies or panel prompts or b.) they are growing so fast they don’t really know what they need or understand different types of project management or what type they need.
Either way, the panel felt positive but then they waited almost two weeks to provide a decision after saying I’d know within 24-48 hrs.

Interview
HR reached out to me and asked to set up an interview. The phone screen went well and she followed up by phone in the evening to schedule my next interview.
She called and texted a few hours before my second interview to reschedule. I was again surprised by the urgency created around getting this scheduled. I was in the middle of a meeting when she called and was unable to answer. This seemed to cause some annoyance. Considering the need for an immediate response I was surprised when they rescheduled to over a week after the original interview date.
The interview was pretty basic.
