Applied online. Received emails from two different people (Vp of global operations and talent acquisition manager) to set up an interview. My interviewer was really good. We had a great discussion. My only gripe was that the role is titled "Regional Operations Manager" (Which I have plenty of experience in) but it's more like a customer service/success position. Was a little offput by that and surprised that I wasn't chosen (given my extensive background in operations) but like I said it's not your typical operations role. If there is a line drawn in the sand for a certain criteria then maybe the job posting should be titled as so. I do have commend my interview since they did actually call me to let me know I wasn't chosen rather than sending the typical automated response.

The interview was a Panel interview with a performance task that was assigned after the first interview. Presentation style delivery was expected and upon reviewing presentation, questions are asked and responses provided.
