The entire interview process was smooth. Included 2 rounds of interview. 1st was technical and second was technical + managerial round. Was allowed to use Google in the interview for solving the technical problem.

The interview process is pathetic, initially both the founders interview you, then they throw a spin that the investors' family members interview the candidates. Then for most roles, they offer case studies to judge the candidates and expect the candidate to know the company functioning and details while assessing. They are very choosy, getting in the company is extremely difficult.
