You'll meet an HR Representative and then fill out a skill spreadsheet rating yourself from 1 to 5 in over 190 different areas. You are told it's not important to rate highly in every field and that it's more important to be willing to learn a new skill. If you want the opportunity to meet a Tech Manager you need to rate yourself high. It's clear they are looking for a certain total on that spreadsheet to make it to the next round.
