Read a script with as little errors as possible in a neutral voice. There were some generic situation examples they wanted from me. I think I reread the script since I was nervous from the interview and they let me reread it.

Straight forward. Applied on the company webite, got a call a few days later. The guy was just asking pretty easy question. Just be yourself honestly. Then he got me to read a script to see how well I read and some extra words to see how i pronounce some words. They pretty much hire anybody. Like i said just be yourself and you'll be good. Got a email saying that I got hired and started my first shift like 1-2 weeks later.

Interview
A group interview with a few general interview questions. It was fairly quick and easy. I would first receive a phone call for an interview at their office. During the interview, they asked some questions regarding our resume and experience.
