Elemental Data Collection Data Collector interview questions

Applied....got called and asked a bunch of questions about myself set up an interview. It was with another girl we both got the job...scenario questions about how we'd handle a phone call. we had to translate French to English. Basic math test. Spelling test and synonym test and then we had to read passages on english and french...the girl with me did a much poorer job than id think for them to hire but she got offered a job anyways...i think they have every intent of hiring everyone that walks through the door. their turnover rate is terrible.
