I interviewed through a consulting firm, I spent an hour on the phone with the hiring manager who is someone I had networked with back several years ago and knew he has a good reputation. It was a very conversational, enjoyable phone interview and I appreciated the candor when discussing the pros and cons of the opportunity.

Interview
PH interview with internal recruiter / HR rep. Person didn't seem to care much about the company. They felt is was an OK place to work until they found a better opportunity. They felt pay was low and opportunity was low. Only concerned with my compensation rather than skills or experience. Wanted to get me off the phone. 5 to 10 minute call total.
