Interview took about 45 minutes, met with the GM and a Regional Manager. They talked a lot about the opportunities, the day to day work, the potential for higher earnings, but talked only generally about how to get there.

Simple, straightforward. I was offered a job. I verbally accepted and had a start date before going on vacation. I reached out to communicate while on vacation. I was told they hired someone else and they were starting immediately. The place is nearly 100%, like life insurance. You can make it if you're willing to do anything. Bush League...period.

The 2 sales leaders were very direct & honest, which is refreshing. 1. Phone Screen - Call from a manager, talked about sales history & philosophy. 2. Interview with Manager - Went to office and had an interview in office. 3. Offer - Received a call and was extended an offer.
