Interview
It had many steps that take a few weeks to complete. Begins with a screening by the recruitment lead, followed by several rounds with team members and leads. In the end we decided not to move forward as I accepted another offer.

Interview
I applied online. He immediately asked me about a 3 month gap on my resume. I reply that my previous company shut down and had to lay off our entire team. He pretty much says “that doesn’t look good for you” and the rest of the interview was him talking about himself. He ended it by saying if I don’t hear back from in a week to email him. So lo and behold I haven’t heard back from him in a week and I reach out and he’s ghosted me. Whomp whomp

Interview
Very pleasant, two-way conversation. I was asked about my experience, salary expectations and game requirements. I was told they need a few days to come back to me and I’n sure they will - they ware so professional!!!
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2023
Interview
100% virtual process beginning with screening with an HR rep based in a different city. Then a talent specialist in a different city again arranges your interview through an interview portal 'EA Sidekick'. Then you meet meet with who you are reporting to. Pretty smooth process but communication throughout could improve. I guess with a company this big it's kind of expected though.

Question 1
They didn't ask what my salary expectations were but instead provided a range and asked if it was suitable. Fantastic.
