ElectriCom interview questions

the first time i worked here i was refered by someone and they didn't interview me. i was put in touch with the hiring guy and we talked salary and i accepted the offer. i left after about 7 months and 5 months later they reached back out to me and offered me a new position without any kind of formal interview.
