Interview
HR screening, home test and then onsite interview. Overall I don't like doing home tests and the expectation is that you do it very well, write the report for max 4 hours.

First Interview
Usually conducted by HR or the hiring manager.
Focuses on background, motivation, and cultural fit.
May include behavioral questions using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result).
Initial 15 minute HR screening with basic questions followed by a 30 minute interview with hiring manager a week later. Did not have another round of interviews after. HR communicated well throughout the process.
