I've interviewed with these guys maybe 4 times over the course of 2 years. I finally learned my lesson in this most recent interview. The people there always forget that they've met you before. So do the recruiters. There's something strange about their process, but I always felt like a number on paper to them. You will never receive any kind of notification that things didn't pan out. They'll just ghost you which is becoming far too common these days. The final interview process is always a half day at least and you meet with something like 10 people in that time. I've done this twice and while it's not a horrible process, I feel that they're trying to wear you down and see how you handle the pressure. Most folks are nice, but I could tell there were one or two who had their minds made up before coming through the door. Either that or one poorly answered question seals your fate. Each interview on its own isn't bad, but my experience with this company has been highly negative and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
