I applied online. I interviewed at Elder Options (Gainesville, FL)
Interview
They asked a series of questions about previous work experience, education, and why you would be a good fit for the company. This position is for home care, so they asked about how comfortable you are with going into people’s home and driving to different areas, as they cover multiple counties.

Question 1
Do you have transportation, and are you willing to drive your own vehicle to people’s homes?
Totally awful. Done by phone, which is fine; however, the interviewer was so hostile, it was impossible to feel like this was any type of a good opportunity. Questions regarding the business environment and job requirements were answered with, "We're online. Look it up yourself."
