Elanco interview questions

I had a first stage interview with the recruiter then a second stage teams interview with the hiring manager. They said to expect to hear back from them in 2 week to find out if i had made it through to the next stage and haven't heard from them since. Never been ghosted after having an interview before but confirmed the doubts I had during the interview. They kept asking what made me emotional in work and it did make me wonder if they would ask this to a guy applying for this role.
