El Centro de la Raza interview questions

There was a group of interviewers that asked more about my morals and understanding of why we see racial disparity in a variety of fields, like education, workforce, etc. Less so about what I bring to the table, but more about how I view the world, which is very important at this organization.

They emailed me about my application on handshake. There were a couple times where miscommunication seemed to be an issue including the scheduling of my interview. I was interviewed through phone call then they called my references. They were nice and mostly asked questions about why I wanted to work there.
