Ekco Systems Engineer interview questions

The interview was good, the interviewers were nice and it lasted around an hour. The interview covered my work experience, the job and some average difficulty, technical questions. What made this negative was I never heard back, my calls were never answered nor returned. I expect that from recruitment agencies, not from employers - it raises questions whether their service support is handled equally as professional.
