Eka Software Solutions Graduate Engineer interview questions

So first screening was with a local Manager, everything went okay, just some basic questions. After that got an interview with a HR in India. She got me waited for a month and kept saying she was not able to book an appointment with the technical team for an interview and rejected me with "business decision" at the end of the month. After a while, she contact me back to check if I'm interest in the same position then ask for my notice period and salary expectation. Then ghosted me. Extremely unprofessional.
