Unprofessional on many levels. Not once did I feel like the interviewers actually prepared for the interview. It helps to read the resume *before* the interview.
They may try to portray themselves as a company that's "modern" and "employee-focused", but the interview experience seems to tell a different story.
The 4-day week seems to have gotten to their head unfortunately. It seems to be the only valuable perk there, which might explain why they spent a considerable amount of time talking about it. What they won't tell you on the job posting is that the pay is not up to par with other competitors, you only get 3 weeks of vacation, and overtime still exists and the 4-day week goes out of the window when that happens.
