I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eide Bailly in Sept 2015
Interview
I applied for this position through my college. I met with a partner from the firm on campus and had an approximate 30 minute interview. It was pretty straight forward, with questions about me and how I like to work and get work done. It was a very comfortable experience and I would have enjoyed working for the firm. They seem like they had a great culture and team environment.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Eide Bailly (Oklahoma City, OK) in Sept 2023

There was a beginning phone interview followed by a three step in person interview. The standard interview questions were asked. I met with 2 partners and 3 senior managers as well as the head of HR. All of them were nice to deal with.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Eide Bailly (Phoenix, AZ) in Aug 2021
Interview
Mostly casual discussion, test to see if you are a good fit for company culture, talked about education - if you have a degree in accounting they know you can do the work, they then want to know if you will fit
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eide Bailly (Tustin, CA) in May 2021
Interview
I would say it was a typical interview. Difficult only due to the length of rounds of interviews. First was a phone interview with a recruiter and then I had to fill out an online application. After that, I had a 30-minute zoom interview with a partner. Lastly, I had a back-to-back-to-back 30-minute interview with 3 other partners. Quite long but I definitely had a better understanding of the firm. The majority of the questions were behavioral and situational questions.
