I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eide Bailly in Oct 2014
Interview
The interview was very short, they ended up asking me questions for only about 5 minutes and then I was to ask them questions the remainder of the interview. I asked questions for about 10 minutes and it ended. I knew they weren't interested in me so that may have been why. They asked me about why I chose my major, their company, and about things on my resume. It was pretty straight forward. They were very nice and they seemed to love their jobs and the company they worked for, we just didn't click.

Interview
I interviewed initially with a recruiter over the phone who was incredibly kind and assisted me throughout the interviewing process. My second interview was with two managers, both were very open and shared their journey in accounting. Everyone was very open and welcoming and made the interviewing process more like a big conversation.

Interview
They mainly communicate through email, which is nice. I first waited in a conference room with two seniors, then had an interview with two managers, and lastly had a separate interview with their supervisor. They were all really nice and the questions were mainly trying to get to know you as a person, what your education is like, and what your future plans are.
