Went through resume and asked about experiences, described company vision afterwards. Afterwards, mentioned that most of the company is remote with options to go to site for inspections of construction projects.

Technical and behavioural process, very nice office and people at the company would recommend as an engineer to other engineers who would like experience in the field. Small company but makes for a unique work environment that is both collaborative and compelling
