I received an email from a recruiting firm that was retained for this position in early October. Expressed interest and submitted my resume to them. 2nd week of October a phone interview was set up with Ehrhardt's human resources manager and the Vice President that the position would report to. After that an onsite interview was arranged for the last week of October which went well, and then a second on site interview on December 12th. The recruiting firm indicated that it was highly probable that I would receive an offer but I decided to remove myself from consideration. All in all, Ehrhardt appears to be a great company. They are lacking a lot of processes but that provides the opportunity for someone to leave a powerful mark if they are so inclined. The people seem to love what they do and the atmosphere males me believe that it would be easy to work there.
