Interview
Went through a phone call pre-screen with HR, then a telephone interview with Attorneys at the firm, and was flown to Toronto for an in-person interview and lunch. The entire process took several weeks. On the whole, the recruitment process was very friendly and pleasant. The firm looks for bright, competently attorneys who will fit in with the firm's culture.
