Interview
The interview process was as follows:
1. Behavioral - With a manager and a principal to assess alignment with the company
2. (2) case studies - Cost Optimization or Procurement

They asked me about the following:
1. Why Efficio
2. Why Procurement
3. What is your expeirence in procurement
3 stage interview, starting with an Excel test followed by a competency interview with a case study and then a senior management interview. It was very professional and conducted well
It was a supportive and well rounded interview process. The final case study was more challenging but they offer support materials for preparation. Included online excel and arithmetic tests as well
