Interview
The manager talked about their own goals and achievements for almost all of the interview. I smiled and nodded. A few questions were pointed in my direction. They were surprised to have someone qualified or even over qualified for the job actually interview well.

Interview
Very nice recruiter called. Asked about experience, talked about role responsibilities, inquired and observed about role fitment, and then talked about compensation before forwarding to in-person hiring manager. Overall, very much a discussion where questions from both sides could be answered. Its a general recruiter for the company so many questions needed to be deferred to the hiring manager in the next steps.
