I received call back a day after applying and they wanted to do a phone screening (interview #1) at that exact moment. Then, I was invited to schedule my in-person interview after they liked my phone screening. After the in-person interview (1 hour long with about 20 questions), I received job offer within 3-5 days. The entire process took about 9 days in total (application, call back, screening, in-person and call back). Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Make sure you do research on the company. Have specific examples for the questions to display your abilities.
