Found the job description on LinkedIn and applied from there. First process is a "one-sided interview" where candidates, using their webcams, record themselves giving answers to five questions. Heard from talent acquisition/HR that I'd have a technical interview with a hiring manager and two other peer Android developers, all on a Teams call.
Hiring manager was not present; the two developers were. Although an hour was allotted for the discussion, they stopped asking questions at the 20-minute mark. Knowing they'd already made their decision (in the negative), I figured it was over, more or less acknowledged that aloud, and the meeting was ended early.
