The process was very thorough process online before in person interview. Weeds out people who aren’t committed to working for the company or in the industry. Once in person, it was more generic and like other interviews I’d had.

The interview process consisted of three separate interviews. First, a self recorded video interview taken in one single take, a phone interview with recruiter (and then hiring leader), and panel interview.
It was a video interview where you were walked through how to participate in recording and answering questions. You had time to prepare before each recording, although only one attempt

Interview
It was a very positive experience. When I arrived, the staff were welcoming and they showed me around the office. It was a panel style interview that took place in a large conference room and it lasted over three hours.
