First interaction was an asynchronous video interview. A week later an invitation to in-person video interview with hiring manager and potential colleague two weeks down the road. Normal interview and people were friendly. They said it would be a couple weeks before I heard anything. Now it’s been almost three weeks and no news. I accepted another offer in the interim, but that’s the lesson for EJ: you need to move faster these days to get top talent. May or may not be an indicator of how nimble (or not) they are as an organization. Moreover, timely follow up is simply a courtesy which was lacking.
