On line application, one on one interview. No big deal really.

Question 1
Describe a time...lots of scenario questions. I really wish people would quit asking why do you want to work here if they don't want to hear the real answer, "I need a job, I want the money, I want out of poverty."
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

Interview
The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
