Unprofessional and Disrespectful Hiring Process. I had an interview with G. Jones and was invited to a second interview. I was told he was deciding between myself and one other candidate and to send references right away and that I’d hear back within a week. I quickly gathered professional 4 references. Never heard back. Not even a rejection email. A month later, I followed up and was completely ignored—never even given the courtesy of a response or an explanation that they went with the other candidate. Ghosting applicants is extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for applicants. Honestly, this experience reflects why this company seems far behind other similar organizations like EF, CIEE, and IES Abroad.
