First there was a group interview, where everyone told a panel about themselves, previous experience, etc. The next day I got an email inviting me to come to 2nd interview to meet with other manager of Help Desk team. I did a side by side with one of the workers where I got a glimpse of what the work was like. Then the interview was conducted, where I was offered a position on the spot.
