Interview
First, I received a phone call, where they described the suitable positions and the salary range. Then I went to a first interview, with the head of the department: it was a technical interview where I was asked in depth questions about my previous working experience on EPC projects and technologies I have been working with. Then I went for a second round, with a company director, where I was asked also general questions about my interests and my ambitions.
