Interview
It was a three step process including an initial phone briefing, a video interview consisting of multiple back to back interviews with a variety of teams, a timed writing test, and an in-person chemistry check prior to receiving an offer.

How could you leverage the company's network to execute a campaign?
Fijn en prettig. Ruimte om antwoord te geven, jezelf te zijn en creativiteit te vinden in je antwoord en vraag 1 op 1 waardoor er niet veel druk voelde Ruimte voor vragen, grapjes en persoonlijke uitleg
The interview process was very rigorous. I applied through a referral, continued the application process through email communications and 2 phone screenings with HR. Had a face to face interview with HR recruiter, a week later, i was invited for an in-person interview with a team lead, 2 one more week later I had a phone interview with Senior management and another team member and was offered the position.
