Stage 1 - Interview with Managing Director and Director
Stage 2 - Test in the form of a brief and presentation to wider team
Stage 3 - Chemistry meeting with team
Stage 4 - Final meeting with Director on more specific goals and previous experiences
I got a phone interview with HR and an online interview with 2 hiring managers. The questions were pretty straightforward, we talked about my experience in managing clients and projects.

Describe one time you manage a project from start to finish
Appreciated tests done. 3 rounds of interviews with different team members. Tests was written and situational. Easy and good communications with the interviewers. HR team was clear on steps. Probably appreciated meeting in person.
