The interview started with a graphological exam. That's an exam where you write stuff and get judged by your handwrite (glad I didn't drink any coffee or else they would do a coffee reading on me). It was followed by a few forms that ask you to give up medical confidentiality and some forms that ask you to rewrite your CV into the form (why? can't you read it from the printed copy?).
Then I was asked to wait for their "R&D manager". I waited for 30 minutes for this guy to read these forms.
He told me about their product and asked me to tell about myself. Now it started to get really weird, he was excited about really simple stuff and kept asking me "did you really do this by yourself?". I mean really simple stuff that every developer int this field should know. Of course, he wasn't impressed about the challanging stuff. I guess it's like that when you're clueless about the field you pretend to know.
