Applied over Craigslist. Never submitted a resume or application, was just offered the job after emailing them via Craigslist. I had asked at the interview about management opportunities, but was told that was not an option. They wanted me to work at a location not close to my home and I made it clear to them transportation would be an issue for me and that is why I was requesting to work close to home.
