Interview
It will start off with pen and paper process mainly focused on core java with 1 questions requiring the use of algebra equation to compute unknown variable. Then a manager will interview you to have an understanding if you fit into their team.

Typical questions like describe more about yourself and what you have done previously. What is your 5 year plan and how you overcome your challenges.
I had one hour multiple-choice and some algorithm questions on paper.
When I submitted, the paper was manually graded, while I was waiting to be interviewed by the hiring manager.
The hiring manager agreed to accept and then I proceed to sign with HR directly on that one occassion.
