Once I applied for the job online I was invited to the assessment center. The assessment center took place over one day and involved presentations from employees, speed interviews, and two group activities. About a week after the assessment center I was invited to attend an interview. I was given clear instruction as to what was expected of me during the interview and was given two online aptitude tests to take beforehand. The interview was very comfortable and I was given a chance to ask questions as well as the company getting to know me. Following the interview I was kept up to date about the decision making process before being formally offered the job. Overall I was very impressed by how thorough and professional the interview process was.
