They scheduled the interview promptly over email and hosted it on zoom. The two women interviewing were very friendly and nice to talk to. Both of them had expressed that they were scheduled to leave their jobs relatively soon and did not volunteer to tell me why. I thought that was a red flag. And I saw on Glassdoor that their boss was described as being creepy toward young women in the workplace.
