Interview
The Company first recruited on campus, conducting initial screen. If selected to move forward they had you come out to the headquarters to interview with several division managers. There were three managers in my interview and it lasted about one hour.

Simple and Straight forward. Just asked Star questions. Like describe time when you had to deal with a difficult person or when was a time you had conflict in a group.

Phone interview, lots of STAR questions. Was straightforward, make sure you practice your responses. Remember school projects and make sure you can name specific examples from them like conflicts or leadership.

Interview
About 30 mins. Mostly behavioral questions. This internship was for Data Analytics/Software Engineering role. The process is simple and straightforward. My advice would be to study behavioral questions and figure out how to tailor them to you and your resume.
