Met with the manager of the plant by himself. it was a behavioral type interview. Relaxed conversation. Had to take a personality assessment questionnaire online prior the interview. I was contacted on the phone prior starting the whole process .

Interview
On-campus Interview followed by three video interviews with plant managers at various locations. Each took about 40 minutes, with a little less than half the time devoted to allow the candidate to ask questions.

Interview
First round interview was on campus with two people. One took notes mainly while the other asked questions. Interview was entirely behavioral.
Second round interview was on site at their main branch in Sugar Land. It involved a tour of the plant, and then 5 to 6 interviews back to back with various employees and managers of the plant.
