Interview
The interview process was rather lengthy. I was contacted by a talent acquisition rep from Nalco Champion. I had an initial phone screen with the rep from HR, then was asked to come in for an in depth in person interview. I met with 5 different people, which lasted from 8 am to 12 pm.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Ecolab
Interview
Was hired after temping for them for six months, their hiring process is not fast, it takes a while to get approval for the person depending on the position. The interviews were not difficult, but they were scheduled for a full day of interview.
