Informal but long process. I met with the District Manager in a Starbucks being as though there was no office in the area. All employees work from a home office.

Started with a Personality then went to a Phone Interview which led to an In person interview with district manager, In person interview with AVP area manager, pre offer screens

Applied online, received a call from HR shortly after, took a competency test that had some percent change problems. I then did a ride along w/ someone in the roll and had an in person interview with 3 people that basically went over my resume. It was made known that sales are very important to the company.
