Started with a 30 min zoom call with the HR person. Very personable and engaging.
Second interview was with a director and two staff persons closely related to the role. Overall it was a good experience.
Communication dropped after the second interview and eventually I was informed that I did not get the job. I would be interested in applying again
I applied online. I interviewed at Ecojustice (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
Misleading job posting in regards to wage and hours. Didn't try to have a conversation, as the interview was more of an interrogation. General and broad questions were asked and when answered, the interviewers would point out how it didn't 100% relate to the job. I don't even think one of the interviewers bothered to look at my resume. Left the interview turned off of the job as the interviewers emphasized every negative aspect and it honestly sounded like a horrible job. Said they would contact everyone, but was never contacted.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ecojustice in Jun 2018
Interview
First interview was a phone call with HR, asked ~7 typical interview questions. The next round was a web-conference panel interview with HR and two members of the team.Interview lasted around 40 minutes, fired off a lot of experience-based and situational questions. Did not make it to third round, which would have been an in-person interview with the team lead.
