The first contact was for a phone screen interview, more personality type of questions, which was great. Second step was an Excel test. After passing this computer test, I was invited to a second interview with the manager I would directly report to. Following that stage, I had the final round of interviews with the Director CS Manager (Americas). All the interviews were great and the HR rep and managers were very professional and cordial.
