The process consisted of four stages: an initial HR screening, a technical interview, an interview with the Engineering Manager, and a final interview with the VP of Engineering. After the final stage, two reference checks were conducted. The interviewers were professional and friendly, and they gave me time to think through my answers rather than expecting immediate responses.
