Online tests for speed maths, logic and market knowledge. If you pass, they move you to a phone interview with one of the traders. Final stage is in their HK office. Two days of market-making games and interviews with traders.

Smooth, waited for a while at the door, then HR invited me in to do mental math, financial knowledge, options and probability tests, which each have 10-15 minute limit. Then she introduced the summer internship program and the flows and processes of the interview

Interview
Quick rounds of interviews, slashing down the candidates rapidly in one morning. The final interview with a trader is straightforward but not very organized. Overall experience is "efficient" but not exactly great.
