The interview process has been really fast efficient. It started with a first call and then an on site interview with all the members of team. Good environment, great people and nice conversation. They offered me also the lunch and I really appreciate that.

Interview
First there was an initial phone interview with an internal recruiter. She went through all of my work history asking the standard questions about how my experience it fit with the position I am being interviewed for. Usually there is another phone interview with the hiring manager however I was recommended to move on to a face to face which was scheduled with in a week of speaking with her. They had me take a personality test and a logic test. Nothing too hard however you need to dedicated at least 1 hour to finish it.
The second interview had multiple rounds and lasted several hours. It started with a 15 minute interview with the hiring manager. Next was a panel interview with several team members. There were questions about my experience, how I would handle several situations and questions about me and my personality.
I was called back to a third interview where I met several more members where it was more of the same. Questions about my experience, how I would handle several situations and questions about me and my personality. Lastly I met with an executive who asked me about how to create a project plan, then from that project plan how to estimate the tasks, then how to manage the project.
Over all the interview process was not difficult however I get the feeling they are looking for people who are willing to work more than 40 hours, willing to work for below average pay, and accept below than average benefits. I did not get offered the the position because they have a policy that everyone in the interview process must unanimously choose the candidate.

Interview
I had applied for a multiple Senior Business Analyst openings. The phone inter view was with the IT Recruiter who asked me some Business Analyst question and then I was told that I would have my resume forwarded to multiple hiring managers. At the end of the phone interview I discussed the salary range and the IT Recruiter specifically asked me if the range for Sr BA would work. It was within the market range and I agreed.
I had to complete some skills and Intelligence testing online after my talk with the recruiter. I got a call two weeks later for a on-site interview with two Managers. I had to complete another Test before the interview. I completed the interview and I was offered the position by one of the manager within an hour. I got the call when I arrived home.
Next I had to complete a Drug test and did not hear back for about two weeks. I knew the IT Recruiter was preganent and thus expected some delay. I got a call back with the news that another IT Recruiter was talking over my hiring process. The new IT Recruiter asked to fill out my salary history which I had left blank.
I was offered the position of Program Manager after 5 weeks.
